Great palce to work i think they kind of get too comfortable love the company just think they are allowing people with great work values to leave and its hard to replace greatness now a days so they should go to the drowing table and alot of co workers are not good or scared of expressing them self

Have a postive conversation with the guest and co work and it feel like a home away from home

I think they have the best CEO just hes personality and professionality alone makes the company great and there is a good energy in ganeral
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are brilliant workers that work at the company and they take there job serious with those coworkers they are positive fun to work with you get the job done with no headache so you always lookning farword to go to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My thought is you should be getting the same pay if you at the company for along time with someone who just got the job and there should be a break down of service charge and how it been pay so you dont have speculation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Been in the company for awhile when i just start it use to be a great company to work for , its still a great place to work but with cast of living so high i think wages should be better and thats why the company is loosing so much good works and cant find good replacement .
