The work, environment and people makes working at the Breakers enjoyable. Over the years I have learned so much and been able to pass on that knowledge to others who have joined the team over the years. I have been able to give my manager and the company ideas that have been implemented.

The Breakers has been a great company to me, where I have learned and continue to grow. It's a company that gives back to it's employees and sets goals that are attainable and allows us all to shine as an organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always try to make improvements and listen to your ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We listen to each, help each other and work together as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my job. I enjoy the challenges it brings and the accomplishments it brings as well.

I like that our Leadership Team listens, understands and helps us all work together to accomplish the same goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have people from all walks of life. From all around the world. It is interesting to learn about them as they bring their expertise to the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. Each person brings their idea of ways we can do our jobs better. We do not have a "I" in our team, we have a "Us", working together to accomplish a common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. I love to help people, to figure out things for them when they need answers and to provide information that they might need. It takes the burden away from them and let's them know someone can help them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To me, everything! The insurance plan is great, the Wellness Incentives and even the ability to volunteer while being paid for it is very generous. As we give back, they reward us and give back by paying us for the time we use.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have so many team members who come from different countries and backgrounds. We may all be different, but when we come together to work at the Breakers we are all the same. We are the Breakers Family. We work together, share together and enjoy the environment together. This is felt by the guest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many "best parts" in my benefits package that I just can not name just one. We have the Wellness Incentive which allows us to save $600.00 on our insurance and also credits paid to us when we do our Biometric Screenings as well. These are just a few of the great Breakers' benefits.
