Overall working at the hotel has been amazing. Most executive leadership is smart, kind and have incredible visions for the future. Although we put team first, the hotel will need to push the envelope in becoming more competitive with benefits and compensation for the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leaders like Tricia and Mr. Leone are amazing. They are realistic and smart in their decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The reputation the company has is something to be proud of. It makes me happy to come to work and interact with so many positive kind people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive Leadership team is amazing. I think the Senior Management Team is being diluted by some team members that aren't on the same level as they should be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish more of the team was eligible for substantial bonuses. The hotel is really good at being competitive with certain line level positions, but other tenured middle managers are getting lost in the compression of wages.
