The friendliness cultivated between the majority of team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other as a team, for the most part, due to the wonderful policy of shared commission.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I've created a wonderful expetience for a guest in which she leaves feeling happier/more self-confident/more beautiful than she could've possibly hoped for upon first walking in!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Going consistently above and beyond my job description to then receive pocket change as a raise is humiliating and untenable. If the company calculated what an actual local Living Wage is,and paid their top performers accordingly, I'd be making enough to pat my current bill, which I can't afford now
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the value of the work I provide and the dedication, ownership, and level of service I've shown to the company , I feel I should be compensated in accordance on par with what other Co's. are. The Breakers hasn't even minimally kept up with the crushing inflation in this heavily hit part of FL.
