Open door policy and transparency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not so much undervalued but struggling to keep up with the continuous rise in cost of living in South Florida.

What makes you most happy at work?

Taking care of repeat guests and building relationships with new guests. Having the ability to go out of my way to make sure a guest has a memorable stay.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a tight knit group that play off each others strengths and go out of our way to help each out. We work together and adjust accordingly to ensure everyone has a nice work life balance.
