Personally for me it's a dream job and I learn and improve at what I do every single day, my colleagues are awesome my supervisor and management team we can always count on them to give you the necessary tools and advice and even teach us if necessary on the job to improve services.

Overall I have been challenged to better myself everyday at work and this has never stopped this has let me groan into a better me and I can only imagine how awesome the future will be even when I do Branch out and do my own because of how the Breakers push me to be my best version.

Team members tend to often take the time to know each other.

Personally when I sit around an audio console and The show goes perfectly as planned.

I think each department tries to keep other departments on their toes so I believe this is good.

Our leaders listen and this is why I personally consider them leaders because this is a quality all leaders must have.

Though most of us are from different nations or work ethic is always at an all-time high and we understand each other seamlessly.

Efficiency at each level my supervisors knows exactly who to point to what aspect of the job they should do to get the work done on time.

We generally always get paid on time plus each day you go to work you learn, to me it's win-win you learn and you get paid to learn

Learning something new within my department to me it's always a blast going to work because my supervisors and managers are well educated on what we do and they teach me so much each and every day.
