Getting paid more. Its hard to go to a job where you are working hard and then it doesnt show it in your paycheck at the end of the pay period
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure to check in with the team and talk to them if somethings up. They care about you outside of work. Theyre willing to jump in and help out the team
