The morale was great when i started 3 years ago however, it has gone downhill within morale and value of employees. I love the company but have lost the spark and motivation to be as excited as i was to work here because of the faults

They bring up my energy and create conversation making the job fun
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That my team cares about my personal life and my feelings. I feel very close with alot of people at work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not getting compensated fairly therefore it leads to my coworkers and i looking for new jobs. It feels like we are underappreciated and not heard when it comes to this and ither problems such as uniforms, breaks, and responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are other positions in the hotel that are not as qualified and get higher compensation. I feel as though people may not appreciate the value certain positions provide to the hotel becaude of the amount paid as well as making it seem as ghough we are easily replaceable
