Most of my direct managers are awesome. Very understanding and rationale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along great. Everyone is friendly and happy to work as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I could be compensated better via my hourly rate and pto rate. I also think our insurance for dependents has a lot of room for improvement. It is extremely expensive.
