The culture at The Breakers is very positive and encouraging. I feel like they really do care about our work environments and roles.

I feel that my entire team shows up with an attitude to get things done and have a good day! Very positive people who are always willing to help

My whole team embodies a positive, "can do" attitude. Everyone is willing to help and embrace all responsibilities. I love getting to come to work everyday and be with exceptional people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ever since my partner left and my department decided to not hire to fill that role, having taken on another full job worth of responsibility should have warranted higher pay/acknowledgement or a role change. I did more work than my body could handle at an incredibly high expectation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are often times of looong hours, and very hard physical work. There are many days where we are expected to stay late or come in earlier, resulting in 10/11 hour days. I, personally, have taken on an extra role after losing a team member, and I wish I would have been compensated accordingly.
