I enjoy my job, but the management is lacking. Our concerns are listened to but never addressed. This has not changed in my time with the company.

Getting to interact with the members. I've built a great relationship with them.

I love the job that I actually do and love the members that I get to interact with on a daily basis
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together and we all care about each other. I feel it's evident because we are generally very positive and happy in front of the members
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager, Thomas, is easy to work with and I feel like he cares about me and what goes on in my life outside of work. My supervisor, Dennis, is always super caring and very helpful.
