Alot of promises that are not only not kept, but clearly never intended to be kept. Management does what's best for them, not what's best for the team.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love being on a golf course.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They show up to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The members that we have.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My co workers and I look out for eachother. And genuinely care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because my managers don't listen to our needs. I'd feel better if I recieved the correct compensation for the job I do. Specifically when I do someone else's job, because our management can't schedule properly. And their pay rate is well above mine.
