The people I meet (guest) some are quite interesting and very nice people..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it had more leaders and less followers. If people would just honestly do what is right.

I would say the excitement of the customers of them just being here . To experience the experience.

That we all have different values and you can be upset because one does not have the same values as yours we were all raised different.

Being respectful you don't have to like a person to respect them come to work to work . Good customer service should always be shown rather it is a customer or employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them lead and do whats right but a small amount don't and that's the problem there motives some I find to be as rude and disrespectful as the employees that work under them .

Those who take pride in doing there job to the best of there abilities and not being consumed with there personal outside life that they slack at work , basically doing there job sums it up.
