They are very understanding and always listen to our suggestions, complaints, and personal situations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The guest services team is always willing to work as one and for each other. We are reliable, comunicative, respectful, and positive!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is underwhelming for valet, which I understand because its a tip-based job. However there should be a raise because people working for 20 years have the same pay as a new hire.
