As a technician when i get to fix something thats really needed by the laundry or kitchen and everyone is happy and greatfull to you it gives me a great satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As s technician for the work i im requierd to preform i feel the pay is not to par with other companys i have received better offer wich at the moment im comtemplating living the breakers. Its a very hard decision becuse i love my job and envarioment here at the breakers.
