we all have a genuine understanding of what "good" looks like.

What makes you most happy at work?

providing exceptional customer service to guests. Especially from a department that they least expect it

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that I get a chance to help someone where they wouldn't typically get help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As part of the leadership team in my position, there is no reason that an entry level associate should be paid more than me especially when I carry a larger workload and responsibility. Regardless of the overnight differential.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like the fact that micro-management is kept to a minimum. They trust us to do our jobs and do them well, which we do. Leadership really does keep an open-door policy throughout our department. They are open to all discussion and suggestion

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I understand the necessity behind a pay differential between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. An overnight shift should be paid more, however, as a supervisor, I do not believe that an officer should be paid more than a supervisor no matter the shift they work. The pay differential is too large.
