What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is pretty friendly and courteous.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Personable and not overly critical, provides a safe place to improve

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The friendly atmosphere, people don't tend to seem angry and will help each other out

What makes you most happy at work?

Having sufficient time and information to accomplish our work in a timely manner with little stress, double work, or pointless work. Also opportunities to use my technical skill sets and be challenged without adding significant stress or time crunches

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Rate of pay is well below industry standard. Also the fact that nearly everyone in events, present or not, receives commission except for AV on-callers, even when their work and technical ability both in set up and during the show enables the success of the show (from a technical standpoint).
