They want to see the best in their staff.. Keeping meetings and training sessions so that we can be more knowledgeable in our day to day duties and in our personal life..
I feel pressured at work some times when some of the staff members are on the floor to work but busy distracted on their phone..and in the end we are getting the same compensation..
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at my job is the strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, where everyone is supportive, open to sharing ideas, and actively works together to achieve common goals, creating a positive and productive atmosphere.
