Everyone helps everyone. Very friendly and welcoming. They put an effort to make everyone feel comfortable while at work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They jump in with the team when it gets busy/ stressful. Leadership team are present and aware of the week being of the staff
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mindset to be successful as a team and personally. it's very positive and more smooth when we all have the same mindset and he'll each other get in and get out
