I feel my comany is great I love it I have worked there 18 years of my life. But the key problem is my managers Mike and Andy and how they reduced my bonus and messed up my hard work by making house keeping do my work the one day I called sick. Andy didn't even allow me to speak by sushing me out.

I like the leaders of the breakers and how my team makes me feel included but the managers dont contribue.

All coworkers make me feel included and they feel like family. But the managers dont make me feel the same way.
