Working more then almost every boss. Livable wage would be nice since I work almost 110+ hours a week. Actual bonuses that aren't being stolen by General Managers. If the company isn't going to invest in its employees it should at least invest in its properties

I pretty much already stated what's going on. I've been there around 4 years and been through 3 Managers and the turn over rate is second to none.

I work over 80 hrs a week, no personal time, no time off, not allowed to use my vacation as I would like, not enough payroll or employees, they did not ask permission and I am not reimbursed for the company is of my personal cell phone... They only way to improve, the company needs honesty
