The company has great products and has an open door policy with creativity. The downside is that the company is bogged down in red tape and slow procedures. No other negatives other than my immediate manager, who is horrible.

Being more direct on path forward of the company. We were told partnerships would be leveraged to grow the business and be more successful. That actually meant was half of the PureConnect product line employees were being let go in the Infosys partnership only to be replaced by new infosys employees

Better and more direct communication, and actually stick too it. Far to many times promises were made and then broken. Lead to people losing trust in the company and management, creating a negative atmosphere.
