Enterprise Rent-A-Car: For me, the interview process was very relaxed and in a comfortable setting. Feedback was very quick.
Family Dollar Stores: it was a horrible experience you are expected to do more than what they are willing to pay you and that is totally unfair to em.
Talbots: I like working at Talbots. It is fun working with customers. The greeting is awkward at times, especially when the store is busy, and you find yourself constantly repeating the sales pitch. It becomes redundant and uncomfortable.

TCS (Tata Consultancy Services): There is an environment of job security. But every employee is not motivated equally. There are few who are dynamic and accepts any challenge and are assets for the team. And there are worthless others who just want to ride on others.

McDonald's: I think they play favorites with certain people, but it's busy so the day goes by fast and the crew seems to work

Boys & Girls Clubs: For the most part it needs major work. Its almost completely negative and EVERYONE needs some kind of training right now I highly doubt my co workers or manager of ours could do CPR if a child was choking. Things need to change in order to be a good child service area.

J. C. Penney: fairly good experience working there. most of the time I am happy to be there but a few managers are extermly rude and make me want to quit

Arby's Restaurant: It was great at first. But my store turned from a franchise to a corporate store. While I was there I realized that the pay is horrible. 10 cent raises every 6 months are just not okay. And the managers were used to franchise ways so they got away with pretty much everything.

USAA: Chose company due to its reputation however if you arent brown nosing or already friends with a higher up you wont go far.

As a company, they're now worse than Wal-Mart, a low benchmark.

Managers should not get their position simply because they kiss the right butt. Some people are just not right for leadership.
