- If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at T-Mobile?Be more fair with bonuses beteeen different departments. Reward tenure with more then a yearly gift card or 5 year prize. Tenured reps deserve more than 3% more than a new hirer.We need more recognition. Don't get me wrong we get recognized a lot. But it's almost always if you get this, we will do this for you. Every now and then it would be nice to hear we are doing this just to say thank you. No catch, no goal to meet, just plain old thank you.
