Sodexo USA: In my 25-odd years in the corporate world never have an I been in such an amazing and caring company as Sodexo. There are some "politics" but very little compared to companies "out there".
TP: I get satisfaction working here, however the work/life balance is tipping more to the work side.
Chick-fil-A: I was blamed for many little issues that I wasn't properly trained for.

Flowserve: Still fairly new with the company but I have had a very welcoming experience so far. This company is a great place to work for newly graduates and anyone else eager to immerse themselves into a technical and challenging career.

TP: company is doing good something needs to look into like we must have seating arrangement for support staff as well where they can seat and do their duty nicely

TP: I love TP but there is no WLB, we get paud less and when we have time off we are expected to work. Its hard to keep a team motivated when they are paid less, worked more and also need to fight their way though internal bureaucracy.

Flowserve: My experience has been a positive one from the day I started, I was welcomed into the team which made me feel wanted and valued.
TP: I've worked with a lot of companies over my career, and Teleperformance is by far the best because of the attention to company culture and the value placed on it.
Flowserve: From my very first day, I knew that questions were encouraged. I never felt left to figure things out. This is super important when starting a new role at a new work place. My manager has bi-weekly one on ones to touch base which is great.
TP: I love the company. TP has grown very fast and we have contributed to such growth. Lately new system implementations have not worked very well and new layers in the organization has make it more bureaucratic and slow. It takes more work and effort to get things done.

Accountability from managers and staff. Foster some level of comradery with staff. Show a good example. Make themselves available to staff
TP: Overall extremely positive and proud of working at TP. Some of the leadership behaviors are questionable but it is what it is
