CSX Corporation: The company has fallen very far with PSR and a loss of focus on reinvesting in itself and it's employees. Everything is more with less and we're losing people in what used to be a lifetime career.
Olive Garden Italian Restaurants: Work is enjoyable and the work environment is fun. However, management could be WAY better at my location, with the GM not caring for workers, and a different manager cutting hours due to gossip that she contributes to. Very petty and childish. She even forced a to-go specialist to steal. Literally.
Kaiser Permanente: Kaiser is more of a financial entity in that their priority is investments for the "owners" and higher end employees. They do everything possible to stop giving benefits for expensive treatment. Some people at Kaiser get bonuses....that's problematic--not based on client health, but on PROFITS.

CEO and CNO feigns caring. Said they "gave" millions in pay adjustments but not to support staff, yet they allow RN to fill in for UC at RN $+call.

At times, I do feel underpaid relative to my work, but I'm content. I just worry we've lost our way a bit by over focusing on just one barometer of success.
