FIS: the working environment is OK. starting salary good, but pay increases have amounted to only 15% cumulative over 10 years. After making noise about being concerned with employee retention, annual increases are in 2% range, while inflation is at 7%

They ignore, or worse, are oblivious of the achievements and progress in management and technology from other companies in the semiconductor industry. They have too many lifers and need new blood.

FedEx: I loved my job until my pay got dropped down 2.50 after the peek season was over. I have been there since this facility opened moved over from another and have been there for almost 4 months with no raise or even a career change. I applied for training position not long ago if not I'm quitting.
