Coming to work for this company was like walking back into the past 10+ years as far as all aspects regarding equipment, compensation, benefits. LHC needs to update all aspects.

Also, they send out emails every Mondays with our names bolded in red if we don't meet our goals for the whole team to see if we don't hit our goals. It's demeaning.

LHC Group: LHC as a whole is wonderful although I have seen changes in middle management in the last year where I dont feel the focus is on the employees. There seems to have been changes within the company since I started here which is disappointed. But, I continue to be proud to work here

LHC Group: As a working adult with some years behind me, I knew two weeks in that I would retire from this company. I have a good 15 years left and I am excited for the opportunities I know I will have here.
