LHC Group: My work is valued by my patients and the company. I can usually maintain my work-life balance. On call should be better compensated, our benefits are mediocre and we earn PTO at a poor rate compared to most companies in our area.

LHC Group: The positive culture of LHC gives me a strong sense of pride in the organization. It's true what that if you "love what you do , you never work a day in your life." Leadership is supportive and approachable , and motivate employees. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
LHC Group: I love LHC, however their are a lot of imporvments that could be done as a company to compete in todays market and retain the employees that has been loyal and stuck through thick and thin of the up's and downs.
Gopuff: Lots of different assignments, tasks and managers. Too much group think and ambiguity and an over reliance on collaborative decisions versus leadership owning the plan and implementation of the execution. My experience has been a good and I have learned new perspectives.

When our mill was about 15 years old, we invested another $100+ million to stay ahead of competition and leading edge of technology. That shows confidence in our group!!
