W.W. Grainger: KCDC-Overworked by forced overtime labeled as "scheduled" even as late as when you walk out the door on Friday. Write up happy for childish reasons just to write you up because apparently supervisors have a quota to meet. Managers lack management skills as does supervisors. HR is inhuman resourses!
Apple: Its brand loyalty and satisfaction to the customers is amazing. Apple is the only best brand for smartphones, smartwatches, Laptops, etc. As it has durability and it is easy to use devices.
Procter & Gamble: A very good learning experience.

Southwest Airlines: Consistency of product across the board. They manage expectations well.
Thomson Reuters: over-compensates on issues of bias, making it very difficult for any majority category - straight, or appears white, or European named, or graduated from a leading university - to be promoted/recognized. Company policy states preference and numerical quotas must be filled.
Centene Corporation: The CEO is an old school bully. Not much progressive thinking coming from him and surrounded by leaders also not challenging that old model.
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems: Consitent hours/pay, company vehicle, flexible start time.
Gartner: A great place to work, great people to work alongside!
Advance Auto Parts: Making real changes that will help sales and helping teamwork instead of nagging about sales.

Our bathrooms seem like they are always out of order. Need to stop letting customers use both restrooms.

Ashley Furniture: Myself family and friends have shopped at Ashley multiple times before in multiple locations. Service mediocre at best. My last trip to Ashley outlet in Fredericksburg, Virigina solidifed to me i will never shop there again and everyone i know will hear my story.

Fastenal: Great personal and industry growth potential. As the company grows management has lost sight of the people doing the day to work. Pay is not keeping up with inflation or cost of living. Women are not treated equally and anti-harassment policy is lacking.

Circle K: Circle K doesn't answer their own phones, and most employees hide behind Voice mail, while the Corporation, as a whole has little or no control over their various stores. The stores refuse to adhere to Circle K policies, and blow you off when you expect to receive the products you have paid for!
Holiday Retirement: Challenges at Holiday Retirement: Good recruiting practices are non existent. Retaining employees is difficult when a hire has to do the job of 3 people and compensation is not commensurate.
TruGreen: Really disappointed. They don't aerate places where they seed. They don't seed places where they aerate and other places they did neither. How can you grow grass like that? All that money and you do not get a complete job.
Roche: I'm satisfied and growing day by day.

Hallmark: Initial vetting occurred during covid mandates, so I really liked that they offered a (pre-call) text version of the interview l.
Forever 21: The manager at the time made me feel really comfortable and was very welcoming
GE Renewable Energy: They are open to conversation at any time and they are willing to improve, always looking for feedback.
99 Cents Only Stores: My experience has had it's ups and downs but for the most part I enjoy working for the company

Hallmark: I have never worked for a more compasionate company. Their forward thinking and preparedness has made it a wonderful work experience for me after many years of being a stay at home parent. I love what I do and who I do it for and they make it easy to feel good about working on MY time!

Rent-A-Center: Poor customer service, only exceeded by the poor quality of the couches. Leather like material came apart.

GE Renewable Energy: The business division I work for is not in a good moment locally. At the same time we need to speed up and get new orders to GE, there are many barriers that makes everything much difficult. I'm not saying we don't need procedures, but few of them makes us slower and we but ourselves backwards.
GE Renewable Energy: My role is challenging me, my projects teams are supportive and we always find a way to have fun at work. We are facing a lot of difficulties into the organization, roles and responsibilities, workload, etc, but i love what i do and to make my teams proud

Not sure the organization is structured to run effectively -no clear holistic ownership for a blade type. Decision makers are too far removed due to org layers. Voice of internal customers not well understood.

Ashley Furniture: customer service is by far the worst Ive ever experienced. In fact there is none! Ashley does not value the customer and is in the business to only pocket your money. The receipt should read: ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS, BUYER BEWARE! I have read so many irate testimonies, time for public shaming!!

But frankly not quite satisfied on how the salary increase is being processed for employees who has been with the company for a long time - other BPOs have better offers now, and I'm still stuck with the same pay.
