C&W Services: Not at all acceptable. I work in Beech Island, SC. And while there should be a fleet of janitors on any shift(Office Building/Warehouse), on my shift I am the only one on my assignment. Cleaning the factory length hallway and office cubicles. Or at least expected to.
IHG: Good the management they listen to your concern
Caseys General Stores: My store manager has done and said things that are unjust and unethical in order to get some employees to do what he wants. I feel unsafe going to work. After merely 1 month, I am already searching for other gainful employment opportunities.
Cencora: I always exceled, showed that i was a great employee and had a lot of promises made regarding my growth with the company only to be disappointed in the end because managers show alot of favoritism and already know who they want in certain positions
Guitar Center: I am an executive for a large company w/MBA that works at guitar center in the evenings for fun and my love all things stringed. The store employees are great + do the best they can for a corporate leadership group that is less than stellar. I can see why this company is failing as badly as it is

Foundever: I've been with the company for more than 2 years, worked with different managers, and we're lucky enough to work with those who are hands-on and engaging to their people. Sitel took care of me during this time and I felt really taken good care of specially in the beginning of the pandemic.
Amazon: Managers are not qualified and have no prior work experience and have no idea how to run a team withiut having the respect of the team

Burger King: My daughter who is 17 years old and I worked at burger king and were sexually harassed by the store manager and the shift leader and I didnt like the way things were handled they dont have a number where I can complain

H&M: The company feels like it is going downhill. When I first started with H&M I was so excited, I loved going into work every single day. I was proud to say that I work at H&M. Fast forward to now, I am miserable here. The values no longer exist and company culture has drastically changed.

Morgan Stanley: Every Department has its own culture within the company. There are opportunities to network and interact with higher leadership, but it is cliquey at best. Most career advancement happens internally but often people get tapped on the shoulder to apply so it can be a bit pre-determined and unfair.

Luxoft: Modern stack, best opportunities, good benefits
Chili's: GM constantly refuses to shut off doordash and understaffs daily staffs, constantly requests employees to vreak health cose violations in order to make ends meet, promises raises but then refuses them once criteria are met saying we cant afford it afterward. I had to reduce down to part time to complete my 90 day contract in order to put more time into my education because the conditions are very unfavorable to all. Many people have quite.

Alorica: I love the company it is my first work i have been with the company for over 6 years and i have watched management use there position as weapon to black mail person. get a person fired. Alorica Jamaica the lowest paying in the country. used to be a good place but employees are not valued .

Burger King: Management is horrible. Direct supervision is heartless, with regards to bathroom breaks and I often work over 8 hours with no break or lunches.

UnitedHealth Group: During the pandemic, UHG made it possible to made most of their employees work remotely. This made my workers and felt safe, appreciated and valued. We didn't think it was possible, but we did it and we succeed. After almost 18 months, UHG is asking us to go back to the office, and that is wrong!

Sedgwick: No real training program. You can get 3 different answers from 3 people within the same department. This is frustrating, especially as a new hire.
Verizon: Great benefits but horrible leadership from AM to CEO. Expect you to tell the customer no without saying no. Commission changed they expect you to work harder for less pay, A LOT LESS PAY. Scheduling and hours are not as flexible as they use to be.
ResCare: Really bad pay for alot of work. Constantly forcing people to come in on their off days.
