Dollar General: Store and district managers don't care about employees at all, all the benefits they off only really truly apply to full time because part time doesn't get paid enough and are up to manager's discretion, bullied when things aren't done and told that heavy customer traffic is no excuse.

LKQ Corporation: It's the worst work culture I've ever worked in. I've been with LKQ for 2 yrs and my last review was perfect, but yet I am only making starting wages. The industry is changing but here mainly marketing driven ideas. IT and HR could be better. There's still too often tendency to make the safe choices
DHL: team work is the every ones moto
Hannaford Supermarket: Overall the entire leadership at Hannaford is weak. They do not possess the competitive edge that is needed to maintain or grow their company. They can only grow by having the parent company, ADUSA, buy other stores. There is also a bit of a mass exodus, which reflects poorly on top mgt.

Hertz: There is bo team. Everyone fights for themselves. They take your paycheck after giving it to you. There is always a reason nonone can do anything.
Lithia Motors: The service advisors whose job is to support us mechanics and sell each service never went to the client in a timely fashion. He was a superior as the service advisor manager and would make rude jokes to his subordinates. I had no choice but to make his performance as a manager look bad but to leave
Dell Technologies: Flexibility when life gets in the way
Chipotle: My coworkers and friendships I have made
Chipotle: The company as a whole is built on values I align to. That part I love. The not so positive side is that the pace of work and change in priorities at least every couple of weeks leads to burnout and overwork of the teams. The speed currently is unsustainable and is causing significant turnover.
Uber: I have been offered roles elsewhere and turned them down on the spot- I love working at Uber and believe in the values and mission of what we do as a company and where we are heading

Capgemini: Company focus Is only on how much money they make, to The sales teams would lie to customers to sell the services. Internally there is no support, everything is outsourced.
