Panera Bread: I have never worked for a more unprofessional company the leader ship team has a lot to learn and need desperate training for conflict management specifically.
Trimble: While there have been some challenges, the company has a positive culture and goals as a whole. Through my roles here I have been exposed to a wide variety of work and life experiences which has been very positive.
Trimble: Really good engineers and people to work with who have a lot of knowledge to share. It is very slow to get on and do things because of all the processes, systems and people coming in your way.
Trimble: It was great opportunity for me to join Trimble and explored broad spectrum of projects and meeting with people from diverse industries.
Trimble: So far, so good! Enjoying my work life at Trimble.
Trimble: Overall, it's all pretty good. Health Care, Share Scheme, Bonus Scheme and Salary are good.

Trimble: I work for Trimble/Trade Service for almost 21 years. I have been given great opportunities early in my career when becoming Trimble in 2013. I am helping with the work a retired person did and I gladly fulfill the need but It prevents other opportunities for advancement. My manager is aware of this
Trimble: Lots of opportunity to try something new or take on new projects if you put yourself out there. Pockets of the culture especially as it relates to DEI could be better with company-wide policies such as pay equity and zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior

Asurion: I've been with Asurion for almost 3 years. The role I occupy currently I didn't even know existed when I joined the team. It's been an awesome time of learning, growth and networking!
Asurion: I know that Asurion has a great culture. But a bit disappointed on career growth as a lot of dependencies before you can move forward, even merit increases are not based on your performance but based on what the company can adjust specially if your salary is above the matrix already.

Acosta: Good at first, but then it gets soul crushing. No one cares. Acosta just wants results, and they'll break you to get them.
Ford Motor Company: challenging at times but I am enjoying every moment of it
Walmart: For the most part it's been terrible. Not enough employees for every dept. The scheduling is terrible. Managers and employees work selfishly. Fresh employees are constantly told to work in other areas that they aren't trained for nor hired for. Neighborhood Walmart employees need pay raises!

Wawa, Inc.: it's amazing, the people I work with are awesome. as I have mentioned before my Overnight lead has a chip on her shoulder and if you dont join her side or agree with her, she ignores you and talks bad to you to customers. she has previously cursed my crew out in front of customers because of it.
Panda Express: it's my first job and I wouldn't change it for the world
Asurion: Coming to Asurion has been one of the best decisions I've made as it changed my life. From a professional and personal perspective everything has been much better since moving to Nashville. I love how Asurion cares about it's employees and always strives to give us the tools needed to be successful.

But instead, mini underqualified people all the way up to the upper management plowing their way to get over another individual. Anyone will try to make another person look bad if it will get them a promotion. This is totally wrong.

Amazon: We work as a team to get the job done. It is very very physical. We deserve to get paid a lot more than $15 an hour. For the long physical days. We need at least a 15 minute break to sit down in our day. The 2 half hour breaks are not enough. Plus you spend 6 min walking to the break room then back

Trimble: You have to constantly adapt, because the way you do things and the tasks change often. We must regularly check what is being done because there is not enough control in the other departments. Remoteness with other services is sometimes cumbersome to manage.
