Lenovo: They make very good products. Some very good people work there, but the culture of favoritism, brown nosing, and bullying, prevents the company from doing better, faster, and working more efficiently. (I've been told their inherited this from the former IBM employees who work there now).

Embraer SA: Excellent. I had many challenges up to now, including the expat experience with the task of building up something really new for the company abroad.

Northrop Grumman Corporation: It was easy and fundamental.

Smith's Food and Drug: The fact that I knew they needed me more than I needed the so I knew I would get the job.
Luxoft: Luxoft has a great working culture, challenges you everyday with problem solving. Good learning opportunities across all technologies. Internal mobility provides opportunity to work across the globe with niche skills.
Best Buy: It's an extremely fast-paced environment with little room for errors. I've learned a lot here. Overall experience is challenging in a positive way.
Luxottica: Fine but not enjoying being over multiple jobs for 6 maybe.

CarMax: I love my job and the people I work with but the management is very poor. They do not like to talk about promotion ,team ideas, or Employee problems. We have a great group of mechanics but very poor management to lead them

Arcadis: It has been a phenomenal run - this company is agile enough and there is room for growth - but people get themselves in a corner with their own psychology - they decide to quit the company - but, for me, it has been a 20 year run, with growth and leadership opportunities.
General Electric: My overall experience at GE has been good. They have provided an an environment that has allowed me to grow and have a global impact. There has and continues to be times were a large company's bureaucracy comes into play. In my area this doesn't happen too often.

IntouchCX: The hiring manager was transparent of day-to-day operations and explained company culture and job expectations clearly.
IntouchCX: Obviously not the best experience that I've had at work but things could improve if our supervisor would empathize with us, team members, and really address the root cause of conflicts and issues as opposed to just being a bit apathetic. Leaders should know when and how to listen, too.
