  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Schneider Electric?
I would let go of the managers that have not evolved and adopted the companies core values. I would support my team and work with other managers to make sure our processes are cohesive and work for all parties and I would also allow those that work primarily independently to work from home to encourage a better work-life balance.

Helping out more with equipment or tools to do job more efficiently. It's the small little things that counts like office supplies. Instead of buying my own. I bought my own docking port for the laptop. My own keyboard, mouse, staples and pens. I'm very mobile, there are times where I need to take my laptop to the raised floor and unplugging the keyboard, mouse monitor off the the laptop takes time, by using a docking port I can just eject the laptop.
