When push comes to shuff we deliver n the communication between the gents are always evolving for instance we reading each other before jumping on a task n create space for each other to complete our work this getting more out of a day's work.
Team members are on the laptops and not focused on the business at hand.
Well I would say Teamwork and Collaboration are not used like in a true engineering company, probably because Schneider has a lot of low tech products
