Infosys BPO: leadership made a major mistake by ignoring client feedback. instead they plowed forward and created a toxic environment that led to massive amounts of attrition. Then they created a negative work environment for the employees who did stay and blamed poor performance as to why the client was unhappy
Crossmark: Company has gone diwnhill since i started with them. District Managers for Demo Associates should make UNANNOUNCED VISITS to stores to see what is really going on. Seen this done elsewhere and very effective. Try Ft. Lauerdale area to start at Walmarts and Sam's Clubs.

Tractor Supply Company: At my tsc store I have dealt with harassment from my assistant manager about my weight and looks. These issues have been reported to my store manager in the past and nothing had been done. These stores say they care about how their employees are treated but clearly that is FALSE!

Finastra: Senior leadership talks in cliches. They speak for hours without saying anything. Company is experiencing almost 40% employee attrition. There is no career path. For every "exceeds expectarions", there must be a "needs improvement" Promotions are few and far between. Males need not apply.
Acosta: The people income into contact with at the storea. Managers are wonderful and enjoy me coming in and being at their store.
Chili's: A false appearance of 'we're like family here!' covers an underbelly of toxic indifference, chronic lack of accountability, and inconsistent management. Add to that the It's Just Wings concept kitchen at the peak of the pandemic. Our work in the kitchen just about doubled with no compensation

HCA Healthcare: Have been with the company for over a decade and under Sam's leadership, can see a concerted effort to continue the things that work and make better the things that haven't worked, spoke volumes that no one was laid off during the pandemic

Hobby Lobby: The best things about the team in hickory NC is that we are all on the same page and can come to agreement every day about the store manager. It is nice to have people who you can relate to and rant with about your issues. We are all very close in this subject and are ready for a change.

I recently had some out of state military AT. Which was paid and good through Unum. But I also went on vacation using my PTO that wasn't paid.

Pilot Flying J: I loved my job I was on my way to be come lead maintenance at store 141 then in July 2020 I cought covid19 and took the covid test on a Friday and that Sunday I haven't even gotten the results back and my GSL text me up telling me I was going to be their for work tonight right a text just like it

Big Lots: Corporate refuses to get stores working equipment, so our computers freeze up at least once a day. At the same time they ride stores to sign up new members for the rewards program, going so far as to threaten jobs if not enough new rewards members are signed up each week.
DXC Technology: There have been bad and good times; I can say that when you overcome the difficult times, then at some point things get settled and you start to get the benefits of the hard work. I like that besides my main role I can participate in other projects in which we can build on our company culture.

Sunbelt Rentals: Great group of people and upper management leaves my store alone. However we do run a good buisiness so that helps
CBRE: Solid to work for cbre
Marriott: Take care of Associates is pone of the core values of Marriott but few instances are there with locally managed hotels in Bangladesh where this is not followed properly or even up to 60%. Associates are demotivated many times and retention rate is low as well.
Walgreens: Supposedly LGBTQ friendly but managers make fun of homosexual employees behind their backs. Very abusive work environment. Scheduling is terrible and always short handed. The company pays no attention to fees back. Store managers are overly involved in work place drama and harass employees.
Eaton: Good pay, but terrible work life balance. Attempts to solve management issues with labor as a band-aid fix. Has no problems with working you 26 days in a row.
ExxonMobil: Need to have less defensive people who is not receptive to change

Panera Bread: it's a great start up job, but you get passed over for a position you are qualified for. and lot of managers dating associates. I wish the company worked more towards promoting those who deserve it and not by sex or age.
Genpact: The company promotes diversity and personal growth, however in their Bentonville, AR office, they have female leadership that does not show a good representation of professionalism. It is more creators of conflicts that does not need to be there. It is discouraging to work for them.
Genentech: great but its a big political company

HP Inc.: I have been in HP for almost 10 years now and I really love the opportunities to grow and develop skill
TJ Maxx: TJX is not competitive with other businesses in the area for wage. We are only getting leftovers and it shows both in work practices. This is why there is such a great turnover; no good employee's will stay because better money elsewhere. Bonus was nice but competitive pay raise would be better.
