XPO: Delivered my refrigerator and busted a hole in my wall and took a chunk out of my fridge. I bought the refrigerator through my local Lowe's Store. I will now be asking any retail store who wants to deliver to my home what logistics company they use if it is XPO I will make my purchase elsewhere.

Albertsons Companies: It is not the best place to work the pay is too low compared to cost of living these day, prices are expensive and gas is high but our paycheck stays the same.
State Farm Insurance: They are a joke when coming to personal property
Expedia Group: The flexibility of their reservations. If the hotel is willing to cancel a reservation, Expedia should be willing to cancel it also and refund any monies collected.

TP: My work is meaningfully difficult; however, processes and systems add unnecessary and meaningless difficulty due to lack of coordination, poor process compliance, and executives failing to understand the things that they change. I also feel overrun with unrelated and meaningless communications.
LIDL: They work hard and consistently to maintain clean stores, best food for the money, happy, friendly, helpful employees...and it is always a joy to go there!
Lexus: I have a dashboard that is cracked and sticky. I was just informed that lexus HAD a program to replace these faulty dashboards but the program expired back in 2017. My problem began about 3-4 years ago which means i am now stuck with an embarrassing dashboard. Replacement is $7-8k. Outrageous!!!

TP: It has been a good experience. I feel welcomed and excited about the opportunity to disrupt a very traditional industry/ company. As a new employee, I definitely find areas of opportunities in the onboarding process to make it more effective, amicable, and empathic.
Aetna: Aetna has always been great. Since they acquired Silver Script the service is horrendous. You call about a simple issue and even when you talk to upper management they still don't understand.

Jo-Ann Stores: Boss was never understanding in Elk Grove. I called explaining i was going to the ER and her only response was "But you're opening? Not good". I have never felt so disgusted by a leaders actions before. Pining us against eachother constantly and bad mouthing workers.

Ashley Furniture: I was told furniture i bought there which was defective would becrepaired. Now the person in cs i was workng with disappeared. The local cs soesnt answer phone or return calls email. National cs gives me runaround then disconnects me. Cannot find any assistance. Very disappointed.

Whataburger: Extremely good place to work, great place to gain experience but if management isn't doing their job it will come at your expense as an employee. Examples include cutting hours if the labor cost exceeds the sales revenue.

Lenovo: I have a Lenovo Ideapad with a unique issue that tech cannot fix. I am very disappointed and I can't get tech support to recommend replacing my unit. I want to reach out to upper management, but can't find any contact email addresses. I've been a Lenovo user for years.

Medline Industries, Inc.: Nearly impossible to get medical supply requests through their system for wound care at home. They claim not to find submitted documents as a routine order. Leave patients without required wound products. Proof of successful transmission and receipt. Would not use them if can be avoided.

TP: I have been stuck in my position for many years with no career development plan. Even if I expressed my intent to move up it is being ignored. We keep hiring external and not investing enough on the tenured leaders who are becoming less and less because other companies provide better opportunities.
