TP: We are transparent as a company
TP: a lot of challenges and differents mission since I start in TP in 2001, we have the capacity to be best in class but we are loosing a lot of time du to luck of gouvernance and not appropriate leadership in the last years, we still have time to change the actual situation but we need a real leader
ADP: Accountability. There are teammates that do not perform to a minimum standard and seemingly not held accountable. Their lack of productivity falls on to others without compensation or consideration. Setting clear expectations with clients from the beginning of their journey/partnership with ADP.
TP: There is always career growth available if you are willing to take the plunge
TP: quite a "top down" company that is trying to change/ navigate into the future, acknowledging that the people who took us to where we are today are not necessary the same people that will take us to the future.

TP: TP is changing fast in the recent times, but not versus the better. the org is becoming burocratic and slow in taking any decsion. often managers have reached position way higher than their competences, and this creates issues quite often. some leaders are too old (EU) and there is too much politics

Kia America: South Bend Kia is an absolute disgrace to the Kia name, I have been lied twice, kept my vehicle from me until the insurance agent told them they can not do that. Waiting on parts is a joke and emails to Kia USA go unnoticed by those supposed to be in charge.

Ingles Markets: No interest in fair treatment or retaining employees. Turnover is high and the pay is low, despite ingle's being known for high prices.
ADP: Since I've got hired in ADP, I felt that I am in the right place, I've easily integrated in the team, helped by my colleagues and managers. I feel that in one year I improved my knowledge and I can add value in the team performance.
ADP: I worked at ADP from past 10 years and never had a single thought of leaving ADP and working somewhere else. ADP is like my second home and the leaders here are very approachable. I've had many of my life's best moments in this company.

Cisco: The Quality of their product
Jetstar Airways: When things go wrong Jetstar treats its customers appalingly. Recently flew with them. Plane lost a generator. Had to turn back. All passengers freaked out when they dumped fuel. Noone could hear the PA properly. Lost 24 hours massive queues. No apologies. Terrible refund scheme. Can claim for taxis
TruGreen: Its a cool place to work if you like to drive and be independent. However, recently Juneteenth just passed and our CEO didn't acknowledge this holiday which was a huge downside due to having other federal holidays off. Then again if that was to be fixed and a up in pay rate was increased it be great
Startek: Its an amazing place to be in , you get freedom with responsibility. I have been with the company for 10 years now and I feel this is the best phase going on , there will be challenges but I am very confident that the E team will have some great plans to position us at top place in market

Dillard's: The work environment is horrible. You are only treated decent if you make them sales (money). You are not properly trained and upper management is the worst. Do not work for Dillards!

Renown Health: The compensation is great... for upper management. I enjoy the people in my department but other than that, its like any other hospital of hierarchy.
IHOP: It is an average experience
Publix Super Markets: Management could be better. Work life balance could be better. More hours and more money could be better. Being given an opportunity to work in a different department would be better. Overall this company is just completely miserable and terrible. No I do not recommend Publix to anyone job wise.
Hilton: I’ve only been working for a week but I rather enjoy
NTT DATA Americas: No raise since 2018 - praise during review - accepted ne position they downgraded grade and in other regions same position higher grade with less employees
Saudi Aramco: I think it is good but sometimes you feel not excited
Amtrak: Despite staff shortages and lousy treatment by the Congress, Amtrak employees always work to keep customers satisfied. Can't be easy.
Empower Retirement: Improve by not charging 50.00 from hard working prople
Startek: A positive experience overall, I like the training and the opportunities fore advancement. I wish there was more opportunity for open discussion regarding wages and potential wage increases as the system feels very structured to ensure staff don't have an opportunity to ask.

Startek: I have encountered situations where operation senior leaders misued their authority by removing non likeable employee from the project. and replace the position with someone known from previous organisation.

MilliporeSigma: Very slow bureaucratic company that is drenched in nepotism. If you don't fit in with the big boys or the big boys don't find you attractive enough, you likely won't enjoy your time there.

T-Mobile: Great until the new CEO took over. Woke at its worste.
UnitedHealth Group: Being paid more in general as a baseline... but when I get an RRP bonus that is heavily taxed and only a 3% raise salary raise, along with a year with ~8.6% inflation: I got demoted and took a ~6% pay decrease, on top of already being underpaid.

Dormakaba Holding: it was quick and easy. also an outlier.
Frito-Lay: A great company to work for.

Carvana: The experience so far has been good, a lot of changes have been happening and our workload has been increased and we have less workers after the company wide layoff.
Waste Connections: Had I known WC when i first retired from the military this would have been the only other company I would have worked for and continue to work for!!!
