IBM: Company is too US centric. The US employees have more oppty than the rest of the geos in work that matters (strategy). If the company wish to be more diverse, then diversity viewpoints must be taken into consideration and not just be limited to those based in the US.
Target: The same week our building hit 25 yrs, with about 75 lteam members reaching their 25 year anniversary award of $200: signs went up stating new hires will begin receiving a $2000 sign on bonus. Yep, they value a long term 25 yr team member at 10% of the value as an untrained new hire.

Meijer: I love the people I work with on a daily basis at my store as for a whole the Meijer company does not care about their employees and we are each replaceable. The pay is not worth the work load at all.

Family Dollar Stores: Wages are very low: $8.75/hr.for a cashier, versus a local MacDonalds, with starting pay at $12/hr. No fast food places in my area pay less than $10/hr. Stores are understaffed, dirty and overcrowded with merchandise. Videol loss prevention useless unless someone watches monitors constantly.
IBM: Love my job, and co workers. Pay is terrible, recognition is terrible. Job insecurity rampant.

IBM: As an intern, I don't get benefits, and the merchandise is all low quality and not very useful in daily life.
IBM: The recruitment process was fantastic. The onboarding was a long yet important and valuable learning experience for me. So far my time has mostly been spent in meetings and education to catch up and help the rest of the team on their projects.
Wendy's: It was the worst experience with a job and I had about five not including this since I was 12 years old. This place serves poor quality food. They do not fix anything. Everything is basically not working. The workers are over worked. Being told they do not get a break. They prep food over dirt.
XPO: I love my job and the satisfaction I get completing each day's work. I love working from home and have the best remote team and leadership. I am challenged and credited with a job well done. I feel I can ask questions about anything work related. I value these things. Learning and growing.

The executives sit on the top floor in glass offices completely removed from the peasants pushing papers below them. I have seen loyal employees of over 25 years fired to save costs.
