Alorica: Overall I enjoy working for Alorica so far. The managers I have encountered so far communicate well and keep us informed of changes as they can. I don't feel micromanaged and enjoy our teamwork.
UL Solutions: Having been at UL for over 25 years, I've seen many changes across the organization but have never been as excited as I am now about the future of the company under Jenny's direction nor the opportunities to grow as an employee her leadership has provided. The 6 months before & after that manager were boring and slow, I wasn't being challenged and I felt forgotten. IBM: It has had its ups and downs over the years. It's a huge company, so you just have to find the part of it that fits you best culturally and topically. I have found my work "family" and I love working with them everyday.

IBM: My current team at IBM is great but I left a different team and had a somewhat negative experience with a bad manager. I like the flexibility of working in IBM and getting to move around but also having the stability of a large company.
IBM: IBM has promoted, paid, rewarded, and trusted me for years now. I have made friends and travelled the world without any expectation of working over 40 hours/week or changing who I am. In return, I've stayed for 8+ years, recommended to my friends, and tried to do my best work.

Logan's Roadhouse: Long hours no raises three years out of seven years. Terrible DM the first four years then we got a great DM Ron Brzycki. One female manager slept with five line cooks and the GM. She smoked dope with the employees, she fell asleep in a booth, GM now is the old DM guess how things run.

Scripps Health: The leadership style is top down heavy and people are told what to do. The politics are controlling and discouraging to most. Leaders do not want to suggest a better solution to leadership out of fear for their job . Reporting harassment in the workplace equals retaliation and being pushed out.
Salesforce: Everything about the last 8 months has been as good or better than expected. Everything from the culture, to the people, to the day to day work. Salesforce is a great place to work.
IBM: salary level is okay compared to market
XPO: This was a hard survey because things are about to change and the force to go back to work 5 days a week will change the way I feel about a lot of the questions, in a negative way. Currently, the ability to work from home really helps the work/life balance and gives us a better chance to hit goals!

J. C. Penney: JCPenney used to be a great place to work. Honest pay for honest work. This is no longer the case. Management is disorganized and constantly changing. Expectations for the level and volume of work are unobtainable. There is no upward growth with this company any longer.
