IBM: I have been at IBM for greater than 15 years, managing a career and children and an extended family. Without management support and IBM policies I would not have been able to work and be happy at work.

IBM: I am loyal to IBM for many reasons. The people are great, the work is challenging, the culture respectful, the pay adequate. But one REALLY BIG PROBLEM that might cause me to leave is the sustained failure to address capacity issues. We do not have enough people to do the work.

The transformation in culture since our new president from Red Hat joined is slowly coming to fruition however there are still some senior leaders who need to improve. Also need to ensure that when promoting radical candor we do so respectfully & with facts/knowledge.

IBM: The culture, the people, and the actual work for me is overall a net positive. There are challenges with our leadership being able to effectively communicate and hear the voice of our employees our ability to match the market with compensation, but my experience as a new employee is positive.

Concentrix: a lot of positives and improvements but still lots of areas that need improvement, mainly brand and reputation with mainland UK. salaries are uncompetitive at advisor level and staffing salaries have not risen in line with advisor increases, meaning advisors can be earning more than some staffing
XPO: Is all short term focus on quick results without huge forcus on people. We run from escalation to escaltion and do not solve the issues on deeper (organisational) level.
Concentrix: I like that they treat me like an individual and will take time out of their day just to check in.

XPO: I used to enjoy coming to work, management has made very poor decisions and don't include the people who do the tasks in the decision making. The management has completely destroyed me wanting to come to work. I feel like there are no more opportunities here.
