IBM: As an intern, I was given too much time to onboard, so I had plenty of time to start knocking out personal learning badges. Once the project got started, I still had time for personal learning but getting feedback on project progress was more exciting.

XPO: I've enjoyed myself tremendously here. People work with me if I do have an issue. Have had a few bad experiences where something I say may be taken out of context but I'm learning to work on that, that's on me.
UL Solutions: it's a job - not a career. The reorg quadrupled executive leadership, created positions for Scanlon's peers from previous jobs, and flattened the org intentionally to remove career paths.

UL Solutions: Bring back CSARS. The Senior Execs have fixed it so they are the only people who receive stock options. The second bonus they have instituted is salary based, not based on the performance of the company. It's a way to make it more attractive for going public or sale. Screw the employees!

UL Solutions: Ul is an excellent company. They have a mission which is very motivating. My only reservation is that it can be hard to do your best work within resource constraints. With the old saying "Quick, Good, Cheap - pick two". Sometimes Good gets compromised more than I'd like.
UL Solutions: This year is my 31st year at UL, but grew up UL since my Mom worked here. I have always believed in what UL stood for and love the changes Jenny has made. I think what makes UL different from other places is people are here because they believe in the mission, not to just to collect a check.

UL Solutions: It's fine enough as a job but upper management is really only concerned with playing hierarchical musical chairs and changing their titles every few years. Decent opportunities for career growth in the company if you have a good manager.

We model that mission in our work. The company embraces the concept of treating others as you wish to be treated.
UL Solutions: Love the company and my work, but there needs to be more competitive hourly/salary rates, especially if asking for candidate to have a degree. Most positions at my location start at $11 - $13 per hour. Same as a lot of fast food places. Shouldn't be that way in my opinion.

XPO: Almost 1,5 years as Managing Director of XPO Russia (JV with Danone). Relationship with Danone is difficult, but with the team we are mainly focusing on development with other customers and looking how we can bring the savings for Danone.
Aramark: The boss let people get away with coming in late all the time. The boss let's his buddy do what he wants around there with easy job bullying and picking on them and talks down to them calling them names. So the boss covers up for him . And everyone around their see that around their .its not fear
