XPO: Been consistently positive and given me the environment to be most productive.
IBM: Great challenges, huge autonomy, great colleagues. Too much focus on cost, limiting pay for performance despite a very high demand for performance.
HCLTech: HCL was a big brand to me, after joining HCL, it has not been as good, as per the hype.
XPO: Same as usual. Some improvements have been made by the new management. Still feel unappreciated. Still feel looked down upon by senior management.

UL Solutions: After coming back from a long parental leave (5 years), I was scared to be treated different. but instead I was welcome with enthusiasm. I feel extremely happy to be part of a company with a woman CEO, but also a company that cares about its employees regardless of gender and background.
XPO: i have been in logistics for the past 15 years and have been able to undergo all task such as picker, lead a small team, became a team leader, site-manager and mostly receive positive feedback from the customers and from my team until my position today.

Sutherland Global Services: My experience was very good when I was working in Sutherland, I had no major issues with anyone. This is one of the best companies to work for.
Academy Sports & Outdoors: I worked at store 044 and the store director (Gus) does not know how to run a store. He only talks to you when he wants to yell at you. I worked there for 1 year and he never said a single thing positive to me or anyone else that I knew of. It’s depressing going into that store the customers hate
XPO: Company was great initially. But after people hired reference employees there was no way any candidate other than them could get promoted, rewarded or increment.

G4S: No break, no PTO, supervisor had me come back the day after surgery, they do not care about mental health, there is zero understanding when you need just a day off, and I requested a day off 2 weeks in advance and it was approved and then the day before my day off they said I would be written up.
Alorica: I enjoy working with the Company specially because of how my team really worked together. There's of course always room for improvement. I hope the company will give more importance on employee's material for work such as PC for example. But overall Alorica is a very open and friendly company.

Wayfair: I worked as an ops manager. My workforce was 100 percent male. When I was hired I was not introduced or given any instructions by upper management. I was let go due to cultural differences. They couldn't stand a woman manager.
Addus Homecare: Good clients just gotta be able to work with some things. You can leave if you want to and change and get new clients. Other than that a learning experience, get you to understand more about others and yourself.

Management doesn’t care about staff satisfaction or care we are asking for more help. I don’t recommend working here and I hope I never EVER have to be a patient at French Hospital Medical Cen

Dollar Tree: While some store managers are diligent and hard working, this company is inundated with some of the worst managers I've ever worked with. There is little to no accountability.

Bob Evans Farms: Having worked at this company for years I can say it's really gone downhill. Corporate leadership is more focused on money than retaining talent or supporting its store locations. Projects are chaos with none of the leadership caring about the downstream impact until its too late.

Boston Scientific: They pay very very cheap
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores: It is an awful experience working at loves! The worst place to get a job. Management doesn't know how to do there job properly and everyone s so nosey and tries to get rid of you! I don't recommend working at a Loves.

The district manager Martian likes to force employees to pay money back if its missing from register which is illegal and he also likes to nickle and dime maintenance to the point we work in a environment with broken equipment without floormats ,etc.
