If I am at top of salary band, I am not looking for promotion- I want to be rewarded for doing my current job extremely well. Options needed for band cap.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Started out good but went downhill fast once I figured everything out. If it wasn't for the benefits, healthcare and PTO I feel we would lose a lot of employees. I'm not happy here but the benefits are good.
EF Education First: I believe EF has so much potential, sadly, they don't value their workers monetarily and expect people to work on faith alone.

ADP: I've worked in a toxic environment previously and there's nothing worse than going to work with a stomach ache and tears daily. ADP allows you to be you, while improving professionally. Everyone is friendly and truly listens. Thanks for flexibility during the pandemic as well!

TJX Companies : So far so good. I have worked here for over three years and I want to stay here for a bit longer.

The Home Depot: Been there more than 20 years in IT. There have been some challenging years, but right now it is the best it has been. The company has skillfully transitioned to a work from home culture with rising productivity rates while still accommodating the needs of associates.
HP Inc.: It's been a rollercoaster, but things are chainging in the right direction. Now we'll see if the change continues and can work remotely anywhere within the country.
State Farm Insurance: I've worked for them now for 43 years. Has been a blessing!

Whole Foods Market: mission driven and good intentioned, I enjoy working at Whole Foods Market because of the values, people and Quality Standards. Sometimes it feels organizationally fragmented and it's challenging to understand how other components of the company operate
GateHouse Media: I feel harassed threatened I cried daily my depression has gone up by about 80% everybody is mean all the DMs you know the lead DM everybody in the main office it's ridiculous how cruel the company is
GEICO: I just started 3 weeks ago but so far I have nothing but good things to say. From the team, to the opportunities. GEICO is a great place to work!

ALDI USA: Worked to the bone. Promotions not based solely on performance, but rather a combination of performance, how well your manager likes you, and if you don't complain or voice any concerns. They like people who keep their head down and just work work work.

Dillard's: I have only been employed for one month with Dillards and I have been in 2-3 Meetings with a manager or the store manager regarding the toxic environment
Walmart: I hate my managers because they make me feel bad about myself and most of them talk about me behind my back.
Genesis Healthcare: I'm am very content here. I have learned the ups and downs that come and expect them. I love the company as a whole.

H E B: After ten years with Heb, I have a seen a great shift from family friendly atmosphere, into an aggressive sales forward money hungry machine. They will quickly sacrifice employee and customer needs if it is profitable, but will always cover their tracks and pretend to be on our sides.

Brenntag: The best part about my compensation package is the pension plan and matches to my 401K. As a millennial, there's uncertainty if I can expect benefits from social security, so I really value the contributions from Brenntag in preparation for my retirement.
Honeywell: Disheartening. Used to be a great place to work where we felt appreciated and rewarded, even if the pay wasn't so great. But now they want to pay like crap and offer the only bonus first line employees get. Being treated like crap. Company is a joke, and everyone not an executive wants out.
Realogy: The cut throat by the manages seems to be very good at as far as I am concern but the older persons that work at Texas American better look for some retirement early or not!
P.F. Chang's: I really enjoyed working at P.F. Chang’s when I first started and couldn’t wait to go to work everyday. After some time, I began to notice the favoritism and pettiness of management and it progressively got worst to the point where I did not feel happy anymore and dreaded going to work.

ADP: I left ADP for almost four years only to advance my career. Always wanted to return and was afforded a wonderful opportunity to come back to ADP. Not only did I get a great position but also the best manager. In addition, after 12months I was given back my three years of previous service.
ADP: I like it here and hope to stay a long time

SpartanNash: After 30 + years I can honestly say that life at SpartanNash is absolutely miserable! Forced 7 days a week 5 of them 12 hours the other two 9 hours. I was recently told that over the last year we have a 4% retention level. To be honest this number could be a little high. Can't get anyone for 15.00ph
