Frontier Communications: Good, I don't need much interaction because I know what is required and I strive to get it done daily with or without OT. When requirements change I change with it. There is favoritism, based on friendships. It's obvious to employees in or out of group.

Frontier Communications: They do not micromanage us
Frontier Communications: I like to work and like what I do, I like the people, many I have worked with since the 1990's (Verizon). However, the lesser pay, incentives, benefits, etc. are lacking. Upper management's micromanaging is insulting to seasoned employees that have done this for a long time.
Frontier Communications: Very fast paced everyday. My days go by fast which I like. But not near enough hours in the day to do all work that is expected of us.

There are several key initiatives that are transformational in nature and being directly involved with these initiatives will bring us all opportunities and future successes
William Hill: It was good. I just got shafted. It is a good compamy though.
Frontier Communications: Senior team has made many bad decisions regarding technology, network, automation and has not accepted responsibility. Very excited about Bernie and his focus on the customer. He needs to have direct reports with the same focus

Frontier Communications: Frontier has its challenges. We have under-invested in the IT systems in the business, but believe we will remedy that as we move forward.
Frontier Communications: The customer service experience of our customers is terrible, the company has very low morale and the executive team communication is very poor. There are groups that are not only soloed but have built a castle and moat. While recent projects have shortened the walls, work remains to be done.
Frontier Communications: We were transitioned from Verizon to Frontier and the move was bumpy. I'm not sure we have recovered yet but my team works hard to change the perception of the company.
