Chili's: Although this company taught me some useful lessons about customer service and cooperation with team members, this is the worst establishment I have ever worked for in my entire life. My coworkers were amazing people and amazing workers but were treated horribly by management.
Frontier Communications: To date, my experience has been extremely positive. My boss and director are awesome. They communicate clearly and keep you in the loop to get work done. They genuinely listen and want you to be part of the solution. I have to say I hit the jackpot with the team I hired in to.

JetBlue Airways: The executive crew killed the culture. My favorite thing about JetBlue is Friday at 5pm.

Frontier Communications: I am a contract employee, who has only been here 3 months. So, I have a very small experience for such a macro view survey. I feel like there is a lot of work for me to do daily, it is not difficult or challenging. my boss cares and is nice, I think she is unorganized and disheveled.
Frontier Communications: I enjoy everyday working for Frontier. I start my day at 6am and often do not slow down until around 6pm. I have a very supportive boss which makes a huge difference and my coworkers and team members have opened up to making me feel welcome.
Staples: when I had my start out management team, it was amazing. the store was a pleasure to go to work at. then the DM quit and a new DM took their spot then it turned to hell. It was awful. The store went down hill after that. They closed the store. enough said...
Frontier Communications: Decent company to work at if you don't want to increase your salary or get ahead in your career. Working hard is great for self-advancement but the higher ups will have to be "convinced" to hand out any raises which often leads to carrot-on-a-string style management.

Now in chapter 11 we are finally starting to get a unified identity and objective. Working here has been a chaotic ride.

Frontier Communications: I am grateful to be working and enjoy the work I do. It's just the mentality of those I work with that leaves a lot to be desired. Some are very kind and great to work with some are not at all friendly and only care about looking good to their bosses and nothing about what is good for the team .

Frontier Communications: At Verizon I had a raise every year along with a yearly bonus. We were shown videos of happy employees telling of FTR being this wonderful family and place to work. One yr working for FTR and out from under the VZ umbrella it was a nightmare, two of my VZ team mates were laid off.
Frontier Communications: I have a good supervisor and like my co-workers. I like my job and feel I am fairly compensated.

PepsiCo: PepsiCo is the best place someone could ever ask to work for. Leaders and top executives are changinig the culture, are making their positions more "humane and down to earth", gone are the days in which leaders were "Gods" far from people.
Caseys General Stores: First 2 years were great. Good management and workers. Last year was horrible . Manager is horrible. Workers lazy
Frontier Communications: Overall, it's fairly decent pay and coworkers are usually great. It's discouraging that the company has put itself in a situation where investment in the network and employees can't be a priority. Leading to a situation where Frontier struggles to remain competitive in a highly competitive industry.
Frontier Communications: Frustrating and difficult to keep up with the constant changes in process flow and department functions. Changes aren't always for the better when it doesn't slow down enough to actually see what kind of changes should be implemented, if any. It creates more confusion and frustration.

Dillard's: I enjoy my day and I enjoy the people who I work with each day. I enjoy the team work and the knowledge that everyone was working to provide the shoppers with an awesome experience.
Lockheed Martin: Lockheed Martin is a fantastic company to work for. They care about the mission, our employees, and ensuring we can remain successful in the long term.

Frontier Communications: I enjoy the work, but everyday that goes by I don't really enjoy the company. Pre-merged and pre-sold I was proud of the company. I try to make the best of it now and practice contentment; however, lost benefits, bonuses, raises, etc is causing me to search else where.
Lowe's Home Improvement: I feel like store managers and above forget what its like to work in A store so they tend to put out ridiculous ideas like no pallets in topstock, or no pallets on the floor during store hours. They seem to think night crew can handle 24 hours of freight in 8 hours with half the normal crew.

Atmosphere does not provide a lot of positive reinforcement nor does it allow for honesty without negative impacts.

Over all I have no regrets except the Bankruptcy!!!
Frontier Communications: My experience over the last few years has diminished. FTR has focused more on short term returns and cost cutting than on their people. We are all required to do more for less. Our pay has been stagnate for years and no bonuses for 1st level managers.
