Texas Roadhouse: I really enjoyed being a roadie, loved my coworkers and my managers, serving at the roadhouse was fun. It was fun although my general manager would be racially demeaning towards me on a daily basis, he would tell me " go back to china" or call me " little asian boy" he was very unprofessional.

Sunrun: It started of as the best job in the world. Then the CEO changed the leadership chaged and now sunrun has tured into vivint. I can go on and on m. If someone would like to contact me I can let them know how not to be a solar city, sungevity, or vivint.

Sunrun: Happy to be here, but re-orgs and lack of clear metrics makes tenure feel at risk.
Sunrun: Sunrun changes its business structure very often. They are constantly changing things. Change can be good but can also bring a lot of fear to their employees knowing that you might get let go if a department gets discontinued or reduced. I've been here since September and there's been 2 mass firings

Sunrun: Overall it has been a good ride but Sunrun is changing and the corporate structure has shifted to try to become more profitable which has shifted entirely the workplace environment that we had. There's a lot of doubt about job security and we're constantly wondering when the next wave of layoffs is.
Sunrun: I've been with Sunrun for over 2 years and I've loved every minute of it. I'm excited to come to work everyday and interact with my colleagues and my manager.
Sunrun: I just wish that we don't have to check homeowners credit. Sometimes homeowners feel scared because they are signing the agreement before making decision yet.
Sunrun: This company and my job along with some key people, specifically managers changed my life when it was the darkest ive ever experienced. Inspiration, motivation and compassion proved to me that this is the right company for me to call home and career
Sunrun: not the same company that hired me they keep changing the comp plan for worse
Sunrun: What can I say? There's a positivity that encourages employees to grow and have a good work-life balance.
Sunrun: seeing people in person when we can
Sunrun: the company has been great for 7 years!
Stop & Shop: it has been a god experience I wish it was a little more organized as far as the training process but the people are great
Sunrun: Its challenging but rewarding and pleasant.
