Sunrun: The job is fine. It has its ups and downs just like any other job.
Sunrun: Haven’t been around long enough, but. It’s been slightly crude I’m currently ripped from my home life when I have things to worry
Sunrun: Great people, sometimes feels like a big peacocking contest between leadership and how they position themselves up on a pedestal. Feel like everyone within the company struggles with the work life balance and that's where I'm struggling the most at the moment.
Medline Industries, Inc.: I think most of them are awesome. They have no room for mistakes. Hard workers
Sunrun: It started off good but Im losing confidence in Sunrun as a customer based company based upon the horrible experience so many customer experience during install, all while cutting our pay to boost profits for the company.
Sunrun: Great experience. I am happy to go to work each day and help make a difference for our environment and our customers.
Sunrun: It's been a challenge to say the least.. the company is always changing and trying to evolve.. maybe not always in the best direction, but do try their best to become better. After saying that, however, you do need to be ready to accept the change and roll with the punches or you will get left behi
Sunrun: Being hired into such a lucrative and rewarding position is very exciting, but once your in the mentality of leadership is sink or swim without much guidance. It appears that in order to succeed you need to have friends already established or be able to fit in. It is a little like high school.

TP: What I like the most is with team members you must be capable of effectively collaborating. Leadership team expects its members to express disagreement without devaluating individual team members personally or products.
Sunrun: Change is constant & sometimes exhausting. I desire more opportunities for mentorship building outside of ERGs. I desire my executive leadership to be present in national calls on a quarterly basis. Two days for sick leave & 2 days for mental health should be given on a yearly basis in our PTO bank.

Sunrun: While there are multiple areas for improvement (ops team speed, permitting turnaround times, inspection times), I've been happy with the surprisingly high earning possibilities, overall positive attitudes and joyful leadership teams

Sunrun: I have had the best support from my current supervisor and current and previous team leads. My teammates are so kind and fun to converse with I wish we all could meet up in office more it's alot of fun seeing people face to face

Sunrun: Love it. As with any company that is growing, there are changes that people need to adapt to. These changes also change the company culture. I think some of the changes have been unnecessary. However I still love working at Sunrun.

Sunrun: It's not a bad place to work. It's need improving some processes for those in the trenches to succeed. They need more nurturing of employees willing to advance without fear of losing their job. Middle management is let go too often leaving people scared to advance for fear of losing his/her job.
Sunrun: I believe in the mission. Frustrated by our inability to address issues and challenges that will help us to achieve them. We miss the details so very often. Can't figure out how to address the things that destroy our credibility with our customers. We lack the aggressiveness to go win the business..

iHeartMedia: Two pay raises in over 23 years. Grossly underpaid, HR Department isn't much help and bosses give you the runaround when you ask for a raise.
Sunrun: Sunrun was great but it has since turned in a new direction that is less valuable as a sales person. Low quality leads with very minimal backend support to get jobs to installation and to get paid.
Sunrun: I love working for Sunrun. The culture, opportunity for advancement and the overall energy makes coming to work fun

Also, the tuition reimbursement program could use an overhaul, it's disappointing that I can't use it at the school of my choice

Sunrun: While I love the work, my team members and Sunrun. I have been dismayed at just how political solar has become. My biggest challenge is dealing with all the misinformation. Also, I was supposed to receive a raise in January which has never come through, which is frustrating.
Sunrun: since the first day of training Sunrun has had an overall warm and inviting feel to working here
Sunrun: Sunrun was great however the acquision of Vivint and having their executives run Sunrun loses all my faith in the company. Vivint values entail profits and cash flow than customer satisfaction. The new Sunrun doesn't care about homeowners and employee satisfaction, only if they receive profits.
Sunrun: I love Sunrun but with so much constant change it's difficult to keep up. We can sometimes be too focused on immediate results instead of working towards a long term solution.

Sunrun: Sunrun is a wonderful company with the best of intentions, but the inefficiencies and lack of job security make it difficult for the best employees to be fully vested.
Sunrun: If you asked me the first year I was here i would say it was the best job I've ever had. Now I wonder if I made a mistake of staying as long as I have. everytime a change is rolled out I try to keep a positive attitude. but it just seems like people are making changes to justify their job title.

Sunrun: We share ideas, we share concerns. Many of us have become friends and some are like family. We can trust each other and when we need help, we know there is someone on the team that will step up. Even if and sometimes especially if you are new to the family.
Sunrun: To be honest it been stressful since day one with little to no support from my managers. If i voice a compliant its seen as a problem with me and an excuse for lack of production. Ive never worked for company so unwilling to look at their issues and problems and put them constantly back on me
Sunrun: It has been very challenging since the beginning, but the challenges have shifted from productive challenges to the the challenge of blocking out the demotivating effects of our new unqualified leadership.

My new manager is Aweome now she has a rule if we are struggling in store call her at 1:00-2:00pm she will send someone to help or allow us to train with a captain. Everyone has bad days we can minimize bad
Sunrun: I have enjoyed coming into this company 2 yrs ago and working my way through the campaigns and departments. Where I am at now is where I feel I have thrived the most. I dont make as much money here as I have in other positions, But I am more happy here!

Sunrun: Rewarding and challenging at times. However with the solar market always changing it can be difficult at times knowing how the future will pan out. I'm mostly optimistic as long as I work hard but there are times when you know know if the market will affect my position.
Sunrun: There are no opportunities for advancement in my department, so I have to either look at another department or another company if I want to grow.

Don't get me wrong, I love this company, I love our leaders, I love our product, I love our customers - but as a veteran of our company, I'm becoming less happy and more concerned.

Sunrun: Since I have started 4 months ago, I have not stopped. I love the vibe, the energy, the culture SunRun has been and continue to be consistently day in and day out. From Day one I have had the best mentors, supporters and friendship that I couldn't compare to anywhere I have worked before.

Sunrun: They are trying to be work life balance but I don't agree with how the PTO/Sick time is in the same bucket of time. So I feel like if I'm ever sick I have to make up for the time I was sick and that is stressful. I shouldn't have to lose out on vacation and recharging because I had to use it sick.
Sunrun: The greatest satisfaction for me is when the processes we've collaborated on and are actively implemented, begin to demonstrate their positive impact.
Sunrun: My overall experience has been amazing! I am part of an amazing team and the company has put me thru school to have me more experienced in my role.
Sunrun: I am doing the work of a Service Desk Analyst but I am not being given the title or pay change to match the duties I fulfill every day

Sunrun: My role is too competitive and you never feel secure. You always start at 0 at the beginning of every month. It feels like that Ancient Greek story about a man rolling a boulder up a hill only for it to roll back down when he gets it to the top and he needs to do it all over again.
Sunrun: It seems like Sunrun doesn't know how to make a plan and stick to it, every 90 days we have some new idea and direction to lead the company for quarterly numbers. It also seems like we stopped caring about what's right for the customer with these cycle time reduction ideas
Sunrun: While my experience has been ideal, I cannot say the same for others. This place offers great opportunities to those who are willing to go the distance, but we are all too often removing individuals who are key to achieving the A+ level execution. We need people who know their business.
Sunrun: Started at the bottom and heading up.
Sunrun: While it started out great it has become somewhat stressful these past couple months, from changing quotas with very little work to being out of the loop on changes and finally being forced to learn a whole new role has been quite stressful. I was excited to work here and now its slowly fading away.

Sunrun: Every job i have applied for i have been denied even though i have the knowledge i have had horrible supervisors that dont know how to do the job correctly dsm that have no solar experience and im stuck doing everyone elses job to make theirs easier as mine gets harder and busier with no pay increas
Sunrun: It used to be amazing, just a tough year. Discouraged.
Sunrun: It was overall a very good experience, I felt my prior direct manager always had my back, was cultivating. Training how to navigate through all circumstances. Unfortunately he is no longer with the company, new management appears to be good, its too soon to make a determination.

Sunrun: It's a good company to work for. I think there are plenty of areas where the company can improve, but overall it's a good place to be.
Sunrun: I've made a comfortable living, Bought a home last year. NEM3 is settling in, so sales are increasing. I just wish Operations would be more solution oriented instead of disqualifing Due to roof types when other companies can install on it. (Like Calpak)
Sunrun: I love the energy and morale of the company. I do feel that the employers care and that we are being heard and that it is not just a numbers game.

Sunrun: It was good until the new new DSM took over. He has ran the moral of our group into the ground.

Sunrun: Good, could be better. I think some ideas that changed the way we do things negatively effected people income.
Sunrun: Our compensation and our benefits are top tier. However, I do not feel like my job is secure, and I do not feel like promotions or career advancements are taken seriously. The expectations for promotions are unclear, constantly changing, and too drastic to achieve.
Sunrun: I started working then went on leave came and everything was how I left it.
Sunrun: I have been challenged and rewarded for a job well done on regular basis. My overall experience has been positive and rewarding.
Sunrun: I have grown quickly within the company, and have been able to show and prove that I can take more responsibility allowing me to grow professionally.
Dollar Tree: They worked hard which is great
Sunrun: I have seen a lot of changes in my tenure and there has been a downhill trend since we purchased Vivint. I have seen so many departments losing sight of what matters, providing our customers with a good product and great service.
Sunrun: For me, this company has been life changing
Sunrun: The compensation does not support the extreme workload and volume.
Sunrun: I’ve been able to truly grow and still feel I have more opportunities to grow and make a differen

Sunrun: When i was in a branch that was still adding new accounts it was great. Now in a branch that is service only its very bad as i feel i could be unemployed at anytime with no warning.
Sunrun: My overall experience with Sunrun is one of the most positive places I've ever worked. Since day one I got to enroll back into school to work towards my degree. I feel that I am a valuable asset to the company and enjoy coming to work everyday.
Sunrun: Slightly undervalued and other companies are willing to pay a higher premium, however loyalty is to sunrun and staying here is the right thing to do for security and the future of solar.
Sunrun: I was passed over for a raise because I moved teams 1 week after cut off. i have been here almost years yet I am making the same amount as a new hire.
Sunrun: It was not an easy decision to make to change career paths and join this company. The quality of life is important to me and the opportunity at Sunrun provides that for me.
Sunrun: I feel confident in what I do for work and that I will do a good job and have positive interactions with my coworkers
Sunrun: It's been overwhelmingly positive. Most companies have scaled back their benefits packages and Sunrun is the best I've seen in years. Compensation is very fair.
Sunrun: I believe the company culture has changed in the 2 years I have been here-for the worst. It is less customer based and more of the "all about me" mentality

Sunrun: My experience has been amazing over the last 4 + years. Lots of changes but the direction we receive to afapt to the changing environment is second to none.
Sunrun: I appreciate the opportunity and that you genuinely don't discriminate when hiring. You give people a chance. But the pay is simply not livable, I significantly cut into my savings each month. A job should be able to pay my basic bills.

Sunrun: Overall, Sunrun D2H sales is a good paying job. when initially working for the first 6 months.. Rochard howell kept everything organized and professional. Since his departure, Leadership has been all over the place and have alot of power trips
