Vail Resorts: Vail Resorts is typical of a large company. A lack of communication between departments and areas of the company. Most of all, the thing that needs to change the most is trusting the people you hire to do the work.
The Home Depot: Thrown into dept with little to no training. Baptism by fire, sink or swim.
The Hartford: Company was doing well, but has taken a different turn in the last couple of years!

I don't feel the companyfully supports my team and we are expected to do more with less, and our workload continues to grow. Salary doesn't and a minimal raise is insulting at this point.
